A six-paneled smoked mirrored screen, c. 1950.  Each panel with smoked mirrored front in a diamond pattern mounted on a grey-green painted wooden frame that has three rectangular smoked mirrored sections on the back.

 A Metal and wood screen by Paul Evans and Phillip Lloyd Powell, c. 1950.  The screen comprises three panels, each with Evans’s signature fish-scale motif in metal with silver and gold leaf within in a simple walnut frame that has a striated, slightly speckled  cream finish.

A pair of 2-panel solid wood screens covered in 24 karat gold leaf squares on one side and satin black lacquer on the back.

Designed and produced by Nick Mongiardo in the 1970s. Nick Mongiardo designed and produced pieces for celebrities including Michael and Tina Chow, Giorgino Armani, Calvin Klien, and Donna Karan.

Excellent condition.

Philippe Starck is arguably the first industrial/interior designer to become a household name. His reputation is well deserved for his quirky domestic projects, for companies such as Alessi, as well as his interior decoration projects such as the Delanoe hotel in Miami and the Royalton in New York City. This post-modern mirrored room divider was custom designed for Ian Schrager’s New York residence in 2000.
