A unique custom chaise lounge by Phillip Lloyd Powell, c. 1960. This unique chaise has a wooden frame with turned feet and back supports finished in a colorful blend of burnt umber and fuchsia lacquer and silverleaf. The frame, back and pillow are upholstered in metallic silver leather, the seat cushion in purple ultra suede. A rope system adjusts the back for reclining. Powell typically drew his inspiration from his travels abroad; this piece is reminiscent of an Indian palace. The chair features a wide, tufted back with elongated, shallow wings; a wide, low seat and a dark stained walnut frame and matching ottoman. Newly upholstered in ivory leather. Vintage, labeled telephone table from a Springer appointed estate. The telephone table in an exotic hide is unquestionably an icon of Springer’s oeuvre. His first forays into furniture design used this form and he played with proportions, materials and colors throughout his career. This charming petite version on castors has a beautiful black sheen and is in excellent condition. Label marked Karl Springer 1984.
Beautiful set of six leather covered arm chairs by Karl Springer, 1983. Springers interpretation of the classic tub chair is made even more opulent by covering the chair completely in ivory leather. Very comfortable, with leather seat cushions. Each chair signed with a leather tag, "Karl Springer 1983".

A elegantly proportioned compact executive desk by James Mont in green stained oak with bronze hardware, mounts and original leather top. Desk is in excellent original condition. The desk with nine drawers, four graduated on each side with center drawer. Bronze banding around desk, designed on all sides to float in a room. Burned in mark James Mont Designs in center drawer, each of the nine bronze pulls stamped James Mont Designs.
