OUR POLICIES

I. PRICING

1. GENERAL
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.


2. PRICING ON RESTORED ITEMS
We reserve the right at any time to alter the pricing or descriptions of an item that is restored or sent to be restored.  PRICING ON-LINE ON OUR SITE OR SITES THAT WE ARE REPRESENTED ON OR QUOTED ON THE PHONE MAY NOT REFLECT THE ADDITIONAL COSTS ADDED AFTER RESTORATION.

3. CONFLICT IN PRICING
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions amoung the various locations that our items are represented.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.


4. SALES TAX
New York State sales tax of (8.625%) is added for all sales from the New York stores, on-line web sites, and for items shipped within New York State.  Trade that can furnish a resale certificate will not be charged sales tax. 
 

5. CURRENCY
Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency. Shipping and handling are not included.

II. ITEMS


1. ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
We try to the best of our ability to describe items and there condition accurately. If you see any item and disagree with the description, or know something we don't then contact us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.


2. ATTRIBUTION ACCURACY
Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, we make no warranties or representations of any kind with respect to the property, and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuiness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, condition, etc.

3.  ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although the database is updated frequently with new items being added and sold items being removed, there is the possibilty that between a sale and the removal of the sold item from our database, more than one customer could have placed an order online or over the phone for it.   In these circumstances we reserve the right to honour which order we choose.

4. SOLD ITEMS (A)
We try to the best of our ability to mark all items that are currently sold accurately.  We do not guarantee an item is available.


5. SOLD ITEMS (B)
We try to the best of our ability to mark all items that are currently sold as soon as possible.  We apologize if an item will still appear to be for sale but has already been sold.  We do not guarantee marking an item sold within a certain time frame.


6. FINAL SALE
All sales are FINAL unless a trial period is specified by Todd Merrill only.


7. ITEM CONDITION
We try to the best to describe the condition of each item to the best of our ability.   If an item does not match our condition description please contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
